About John C
John Ciecholewski is a Chicago-based product and technology leader specializing in AI Automation for Marketing and Sales, with deep expertise in GTM Engineering. He helps companies build intelligent go-to-market systems that leverage AI to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
John works extensively with Private Equity portfolio companies to understand their total addressable markets, identify hard-to-find ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and implement signal-based lead scoring to surface prospects who are actively in-market. His approach combines data-driven insights with automation to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth.
As a principal product manager, John led the McKinsey Academy Data Platform team which was foundational in delivering capability building at scale for McKinsey's most demanding clients and engagements. His leadership contributed to saving multi-million dollars annually as part of a learning management system migration and enabled millions in net-new self-service revenue for McKinsey Academy.
As a product leader, John led a 2-year turnaround of ServiceBridge, a B2B SaaS, using Product-Led Growth tactics which resulted in a competitive and successful multi-million acquisition. He holds three patents related to software solutions, workflows and platforms.
